U.S ORDERS

Our warehouse is located in Los Angeles, CA. In stock items ship out next business day. Pre-orders take 10 days to ship. 

5-7 business days - $7

3-5 business days - $15

2 business days - $25 

1 business day - $45

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY 

We use DHL courier service for all orders leaving our CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES warehouse. INTERNATIONAL delivery usually takes 3-5 business days, provided there are no customs delays, and depending on the designated destination. If you are not available at the address specified when the delivery is attempted, a DHL missed delivery card will be left in your post box notifying you that delivery has been attempted. You will then need to call the local DHL number listed on the card to organize re-delivery or pickup at the nearest DHL location.

Please note;

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, Little Misses is not liable for any delays, damage or losses to your parcel. Any issues that may arise will need to be raised with the associated courier provider.

Each parcel is dispatch from our warehouse with a request for signature upon delivery. If you request for your parcel to be left without a signature, this is at your own discretion.

CUSTOMS FEES AND DUTIES 

Please note the delivery charge does not include any applicable importation charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered. You are responsible for such taxes and duties.

Little Misses is not responsible for any delays caused by a countries customs and is unable to alter the duties and taxes incurred.

By placing an order with Little Misses you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

Please note: Customers ordering from Canada or New Zealand may be charged a higher customs fee.

CHECKING OUT 

Ensure that your billing and shipping details are entered properly. If your delivery details are different than your billing details, tick the 'Ship to different address' and enter your delivery details. Please note that we deliver to street postal addresses (no PO boxes) worldwide.

Please note: Once your order has left our warehouse, we are no longer liable for any delays, losses, or additional charges placed by the customs of the country being imported into.

TRACKING INFORMATION 

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email containing tracking details on how to follow your order's journey to your door.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION 

To help us make sure your order arrives in time, please check that:

- Your billing address matches the address shown on your card statement

- You will be available to sign for your order on receipt at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you

- Your shipping address is either your billing or corporate address if you are shopping with us for the first time
